I've bought the voucher (card). What now?
Once you've purchased your voucher, you'll receive a PIN and Serial Number via SMS (and email, if provided). You can now use those details to check your results.

I've bought the voucher but don't know what to do with it.
No worries! After receiving your PIN and Serial Number, you'll need to enter them on the official WAEC results or GES placement checker portal.
I made payment but haven't received my card yet. What should I do?
First, confirm that your Mobile Money payment went through successfully. If it did, here are a few ways to retrieve your checker card:
- Use the "Retrieve My Checkers" feature on the Waec Express homepage. Just enter the phone number used during payment to access your card(s).
See: How to retrieve your lost checkers from Waec Express - Or dial *713*1885#, then choose Option 4: Retrieve My Checkers to receive your card via SMS again.
- Also, check your SMS inbox and email (if you provided one).
If none of these work, kindly contact us with your MoMo number and transaction reference for assistance.
I have purchased a card but lost it. Can I retrieve it?
Yes, you can easily retrieve your checker card if you've lost it. Here's how:
- Use the "Retrieve My Checkers" feature on the Waec Express homepage — simply enter the phone number you used during purchase.
- Or dial *713*1885#, then select Option 4: Retrieve My Checkers to have the card resent via SMS.
- Also check your SMS messages and email (if you provided one during purchase).
If you still can't access your card, kindly contact our support team with the MoMo number used for the transaction.
I'm getting a "voucher used" error from WAEC.
This means the PIN and Serial Number you're using have already been used on the WAEC results portal. Please double-check that you're using a fresh card and not re-entering one you've already used.
If this happens immediately after purchase, contact our support team with your voucher details. We'll verify and assist.
How do I check my result?
